Both in vgc, the RAT especially bearing in mind it’s age.

The Flint has the original box, the RAT’s has long gone unfortunately but it will be well packed.

EDIT - Price wise £125 - now £115 -final price drop £110 for the RAT and £195 for the Flint ?

There were two version of blackface Rat. First, and the one I'm after, was actually a whiteface in blackface case, if it makes sense This is the second one, built on Rat 2 board, but still it's a pretty much whiteface version. The price is a bargain! You shouldn't have big problems with selling this thing on reverb for more

Final drop to £110 for the vintage USA RAT.  Cheap surely ?

Will also look at a trade for a decent compressor, ideally something a bit subtle rather than overly squishy.
