Bassy bits needed - neck plate and pot source?

I need a bass neck plate (preferably unbranded so I can give it to those custom etchy folk) and some pots suitable for a Bartolini 8TC pickup.  I can't find much info, and I've never wired an active guitar before!

I have some 1 Meg pots floating about for active including a battery clip.

And a blank neck plate with screws.
