Cheap Epiphone bass for fixing up * SOLD*

This is an ancient Epiphone bass I'm moving on - I got it from a guy at my old work, and have used it really just for adding very simple bass lines on recording projects (it's not good for much else at the moment!). It's in the condition I got it in, albeit cleaner (but in need of a dust!). The electrics are VERY scratchy - currently just about works on one or two of the pickup settings but nothing else - think it just needs a good clean and possibly a resolder, but I've not had the time or inclination to do it. It's obviously had some alterations made as you can tell from the screw holes on the body and dodgy looking neck pickup (had to be taped down to stop it falling out!). It looks like crap now, but I think with a bit of work it could probably be a decent enough instrument, but I've bought something more up to date and useable now, so letting this go. I seriously doubt whether this is anything vintage or collectable and can't really be arsed to find out - if it turns out to be so and it's resold for higher then I'm not fussed, I just need the room 

Looking for £30 plus postage (estimating c.£20 - £30 for that - or collect from Gloucestershire). Buyer will have to bear with me slightly on timescales as I teach for a living so my hours can vary and free time likewise - drop me a pm if interested.

I will dust it down before anyone buys it, just don't have the time right now!
