Funny posts though and I agree with where he’s coming from.

To get sad, upset and think it’s a shame that an old piece of wood is now a slightly different piece of wood when you have zero stake in it, is a bit over dramatic.

I think it’s a fantastic display of luthier skills and I’m pleased that @jumping@shadows chooses to share with us. 

If if was mine it would be a gold top! But I won’t be losing any sleep over the fact a previously interfered with guitar has been transformed into someone’s ideal one.
