is selling fees the same as final valuation fees?

would i only pay eBay a pound if i sold an item at 500 quidders?

From the email:

Valid from Friday 19th October 2018 00:00:01 until Monday 22nd October 2018 23:59:59. Maximum fee per sold listing. Applies to final value fees on up to 100 listings. No insertion fees apply. Private sellers only. T&Cs apply.

So sell it for 500 quids, only pay one squid in FVF.
