This pic makes the space look bigger than it is! Small utility room shared with Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, household junk etc. Most instruments kept elsewhere, this is just the playing room.

I have two small rooms. The one with the computer is where I do stuff, but some of the gear in there is in storage for the future son in law. The stuff in the other room is all mine though.
