Advice on this please

The description is a bit limited and I don't know what year it is. But £125 for an Epiphone seems reasonable enough. Description says it's in good condition and it's been set up and restrung.  Not sure what 'good' means as opposed to other descriptions they have such as near-mint, great etc

Not sure how the year works.  In any other business, used/old typically means it is worn out, possibly defective or damaged but get a good year with a bottle of wine and it improves it!

Not sure, it seems too cheap, but then again I'm only looking for something to last about two years or so before upgrading. 

It'll play through a Boss Katana 50 if I buy it.

I think these are bolt-on necks rather than set neck. Would imagine this is why it's cheap. Looks like they are around 200 new.

Pick up a Vintage (brand) Les Paul - much better guitars than these...

The Epiphone Les Paul 100s are bolt-on necks. £250 would easily get you a proper Epi Les Paul that looks, feels and plays about 90% of the real thing.
