A real hero ..
This is Mark Ormrod, a triple amputee from the UK - he lost his right arm and both legs after he stepped on a landmine in Afghanistan whilst on patrol. There was only one entrant for the 50 metre breaststroke at the Invictus Games so the race was going to be cancelled. He volunteered to take part so the other participant could race and he won Gold. He has guts - I get more out of watching these guys than the prima donna footballers in tonight's Champions League. Hat's off to Prince Harry for helping to set this up and attending - ex-British service personnel get shat on from a great height from an ungrateful government.
