The 1Meg volume pot is the correct value stated on the original Princeton schematic but true to Fender form they randomly started using a 250k pot towards the end of this line. This resulted in the late brownface Princeton's and 'Tuxedo' Princeton amps sounding dark tonally, as was the case with this one. You can usually spot the 250K amps from the outside as the tone knob is always maxed out!
Grille cloth and tolex are actually original, it really is a clean and wonderful little combo. Ready to gig for another 55 years!
