Well done, Tim. I had issues w/ anxiety too, but somehow playing guitar live was okay because it wasn't the anxious me playing it but rather the non-anxious me, if that makes sense. Hope you go back!

Well done fella! Been there, got the t-shirt (severe anxiety depression giving up playing for several years). Couldn’t face playing at all, hated myself.. etc.. Started playing in my bedroom, after 6 years, or so. A few months ago, 2 years back into playing on my own, I have a weekly session with some mates, and loving it. Whether we will ever play out, I don’t know, or even care. It’s the highlight of my week, and I love it. Great that you are playing, and even better that you’re getting out and playing!
    Great stuff!
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

Yep - the regent is the long standing one run by tiff. They tried the Rolly but it's now become acoustic. Tbh, the jam format works better in the regent.

Be good to see you down there! - Neil

If that's a joke I don't get it, if it's a question then no - it's just people - venue alternates between a big pub and a RAFA club (where this one was)

Cheers man - I really appreciate how kind everyone has been.

It's a Larry Carlton model 335 - I bought it on here used very recently - was GASing hard for a 335 so had been nosing at all the ones I could find for sale used online - this one was a few hundred more than a regular used 335 usually goes for, and to be honest the Larry Carlton association is lost on me but it's just really handsome (imo) and feels great too
