WTB Laptop with either FireWire or an Expresscard Slot

Just bought some gear for live recording that needs a FireWire interface. My recording laptop has everything but FireWire! Looking for a cheap but decent-ish spec that would handle multiple tracks for tracking (but not heavy processing/plug-ins). 

Anything out there?

    I got a HP elite book with FW and expression slot I think?...I got to use a Presonus mixer and software, I also have the docking station and larger PSU..want more info ?

    From my experience I would not recommend using FireWire via an Expresscard adapter in a laptop, I did this and found the latency on my Mackie Satellite interface to be so bad that it was unusable. I ended reverting to a USB interface on my Lifebook Pro.

    I only ever used the FW connection, my laptop has the express slot ( I think) but no card.

    Didn’t think of the Macbook Air option! Presonus say their mixers support the Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter. Let’s give that a go! Ironically, I don’t use the MBA for music.

    2012 Macbook Pro? 

    Just over £450 for one on ebay with a I5 and 8gb Ram.
