Vester Stage Series strat copy. These get some pretty good press and it does indeed punch well above its weight. I think its Korean from the late 80’s from what Ive read

Its the cheaper version that Vester did of a strat, the Tradition Series being their top model, and as such its body is made from plywood, not the ‘tonewood’ of choice!, but surprisingly its very resonant and sounds very good, the p/ups are ceramic form the look of it. Its in very good condition for its age with a few marks here and there, the frets have very slight wear in the usual D chord area. The neck is Maple and has a nice touch of flame to it, the fretboard is a separate piece of Maple.
Couple of the tuning pegs have been changed and it doesn’t have a case.
how does £70 sound, still here so will take £60
Would prefer collection and for you to come try it out in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

Im looking for a strat to refinish for myself (just finishing up refinishing my dads tokia and now have a hankering) any option for shipping to the west mids on this? (can book it myself if needs be as long as you can pack and box it well)
Edit: Hey again just done a bit of digging on the interwebs and saw that this lower end had ply bodies & looking again at your cavity pic's it seems to be the case if so its a no go for the refinish in wanted to do (trans blue)
Cheers
Steve
