    Yeah pretty much.
    I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes though so I figured it was better than saying 'where the fuck have you been?'.

    I hate this tendency for customer service reps to end calls by saying 'Is there anything else I can help you with today." How many people actually answer yes to this question?

    It's worse when they have totally failed to help you out with to the first thing. I swear they have keyboard shortcuts for those lines so they don't have to type them over and over again.

    No biscuit, no cry.

    Singapore biscuits are like English biscuits, in that you can get English biscuits here and other Singaporean biscuits are Chinese biscuits, which means they are made of salted egg, or chicken feet.
