My pedals and amps always sell on here seemingly (not that I've sold loads) but never guitars, for those I use gumtree.

Here and eBay and facebook and gumtree in that order.    Never had any issues with selling.

Yeah those are on the top of my head and experience. Just wondered if there was another avenue. It was just out of interest. I have nothing to sell :(

At this time of year, unless you want to take silly money, probably no where to be honest.

I sell more on eBay than I do here, Facebook groups are pretty good, and I wouldn't use Gumtree anymore unless you want to only sell local (have been scammed too many times now, thankfully paypal were on hand to get my money back)

Yes I know what you mean about gumtree. I've had more than my fair share of time wasters :(

Ebay when the £1 offer appears.

But mainly on here; Im really fortunate that mine seem to sell quickly. I’d like to think that this is due to reputation, quality packaging and Special Delivery included in the price...

But it might just be due to nice photos and the fact Im usually selling quality gear :)

    Reverb.com

It's a good music sales platform and the listing is cheaper that eBay.

Be prepared for a haggle though!

Reverb has been good for me. I have a higher success rate selling on Reverb than here, although here has been good for trades or purchases. I think I tend to get slightly more on Reverb (cash, I mean) for equivalent gear, although once you include fees, it’s not wildly different.

All of my sales (and purchases) on here and on Reverb have been pleasant, easy transactions.

The same is not true of Ebay.

Blimey that is much cheaper than I though it would be. Which courier was that with @Wazmeister ? I turned down selling my Veteran Ge on some occasions because I wouldn't ship it out of the uk

I use Royal Mail, £10 for most of Europe £13 for USA and £15-18 for every where else. I think Japan was the most expensive but I sent 3 pedals for around £20.
