There's a 10 top with rotary on FB I can have for £1300 with a fantastic wide flame but I'm not paying that and then having to arse about with it. I'm happy to wait for the right one.

I see what you mean but I’m sure it was said in jest and just didnt come across right as a post. I’m looking at CU24s too and Logie has been bloody helpful so far in signposting a few my way :-)

How much is the average Custom 24 worth? I have no idea.

My one is a signature model Dave Navarro one and I rarely see them up for sale. But I see PRS CS24 models everywhere from 1200 plus

What exactly makes certain years worth more?

I think the newer models, with 5 way switch and ##/## pickups are generally more popular than the 5 way pot or 3 way toggle designs and the HFS/VB pickups.

I like the newer ones I must admit. I like the idea of the 5 way switch and the 85/15 pickups.
