WTB...Strat Tortoiseshell Scratchplate Now Sorted

Hi all
I'm looking for a proper old relic Tortoiseshell guard for a Strat. Nothing too red please...or can anyone point me in the direction of one? 

When end I say proper old, it doesn’t have to original 60’s but just not shiny and new looking..I have now sorted one but if anyone has a Spitfire one going........

errrrm .. not sure what you mean mate , but they do have torties and some other interesting designs , no worries though just a thought.

I've just been through this for a Jazzmaster pickguard. There's nothing out there that beats a vintage one or Spitfire, but I'm not up for spending £200+. Next best, having taken advice, are the Fender RI celluloid ones. I got one on ebay for around £60 from the US. https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/fenderparts (they do strat ones too)

Many thanks.... I put an offer in on Reverb for z Spitfire one... I casually messaged the seller to confirm it was a Spitfire.... then he panicked and changed the listing to just Fender.... I see Fender parts in Reverb as well and they had some beauties

Have you seen the Montreax tort guard on here?

Yes it’s a 62 pattern one where the screw near the middle pickup is in a different place....I’m after a 64 type.... but I’ve actually bought one tonight.... thanks
