I've never read that one surprisingly but Daniel Donato's book is decent.

Any old Banjo Chet Atkins book will do cos is all the same after that. For a different song you just change your hat.

I'm of the view it's difficult to find a book as such, a bit like jazz , there's a lot to it. Doug seven has done the best stuff i've seen on disc or download using examples which are tabbed & with backing tracks. When you hear them they make sense but if it was just tab one may struggle.

 It's a big genre full of ingenuity & broken rules, in fact anything goes although it's often over a III, IV V.
