Sold: Hayden Petite 5 UK made 1x12 (handwired series)
Fantastic little amp made by Dave Green of Matamp fame for Hayden. Impeccably hand wired on turret board into an Eminence 12" speaker. More commonly found with the inferior 10" speaker, the 12" model sounds much better, and of course should you decide to change the speaker, you have a lot more choice.
It's in 9/10 condition with some minor marks. Functionally, it's perfect though.
It's a fine little amp, with controls for gain, bass, treble, overdrive and a master volume. It also comes with a 6 position 'voice' switch with progressively shifts the bass and treble response to cover dark humbuckers or bright single coils. This is a really useful feature, and shifts the response of the EQ controls making it really versatile.
It also has a switch for either an EL84 or 6V6 in the output section. The EL84 is a touch brighter with more agressive upper mids, the 6V6 is a more rounded sound with a more bold lower mid tone.
The overdrive control is foot-switch defeatable in essence making this a two channel amp. You can set up a clean or crunch tone, and then add the overdrive stage for rockier overdrive to distorted tones.
