Fantastic opportunity. The money isn't great but you'd have to assume the training is first class.

There's a lot to be said for doing a job you love and £15k after 12 months for a 17 year old isn't bad at all.

Me too. I tried for work experience at H J Williams guitars when I was a nipper but he couldn't get the clearance from the insurance company, I was absolutely gutted.

I suspect they're using the Govt training funding for this. Good on them.

But the wording of their advert opens them up to age discrimination claims....got to love the government for that, you can have a load of funding for 16-18 year olds but you aren't supposed to advertise an age range in your advert.....bonkers.
