So really slim neck in a strat shape with SSS configuration. I can't think of any bar the one Ibanez S series they did a while sgo

The Schecter Nick Johnston I think has a slim neck.

The Aria RS I have has a very small neck, but they’re so rare you’re unlikely to find one. It’s not strictly a Strat shape either, it’s skinnier and with an extended upper horn.

ESP's and LTD's have slim modern necks, make all sorts of models from very traditional looking through to modern

+1 for this American guitar. The Japanese and Mexican equivalents are not quite the same.

Nineties MIK Fender/Squier Standard Stratocaster and Telecaster necks were extremely shallow.

How close to your ideal would the 1986 RG200 neck profile be?
