NAD {Sort of} RDA Dualist

Well I decided to convert my RDA Dualist from a 1x12 combo into a Head. A head with a difference though cos' this one has a small onboard Tayden 8" speaker for practice / rehearsals etc. I'll plug into a 1x12 cab when live etc. Also..... it's red (Red Sparkle actually)  I'll be picking this up later this week so I'll let you'll know how that on board speaker sounds

Picked it up and plugged it in and a blast today. Really nice. The Tayden 8” prototype speaker in it is very good. Not sure I like it if I crank the amp but that can be expected with such a small speaker. Perfect for what it is designed for though which is practice at a neighbour friendly volume. One could mic it up at a gig but I’ll be plugging in the 1x12 Badcat cab for live work. Both amps will go with me but only one will be used so it’ll be a real toss of the coin which amp gets to show its goods on the night as they are both great sounding amps. Maybe a matching 2x12 cab for the RDA on the cards when I have some money to spend again.
