Which pedalboard ?

I am building a new pedalboard setup using a TC Nova System.
I want to run at least 2 other drives and my polytune mini. I am either looking at the PT Jnr or PT 1.
My question is which of these pedalboards would fit for my use? and also would be planning on getting a soft case version of the PT, would the bag zip up with ease having a TC Nova on?
Has anyone one had a setup like this one I’m currently building.
