Places to rehearse in Suffolk

My band currently rehearse near Sudbury, but we have been having a few issues with our current studio so we need somewhere new.

The band are split between Bury St E, Ipswich and Colchester so somewhere around Ipswich would be ideal, but I'm open to suggestion. 

Anyone know anywhere good?

Universal on the Farthing Rd Ind Est, Ipswich, are OK, I've used them a fair bit.

I don't know if you've been to fat nelly's in Sudbury, I went once and it was "OK" but a bit cramped for space.

There is a rehearsal room(s) in Ipswich called the Bigger Picture. Access from Star Lane iirc. Noise not a problem apart from the kids in the room next door with everything on '11'. No real facilities like tea but a pub exists 20 yards from the front door. It has no heat or aircon and is basic but if you're stuck give it a go.

@Phil_aka_pip the place we use near Sudbury is Farmyard. Have you got any details for the other place?

@monquixote Fat Nelly's is Googlable, the search showed up a phone number but not a web site. IIRC they're quite easy to find, being on an industrial estate - you wind your way to the far end of it from the main road entrance, and it's on the right just before you can go no further.
