Odd phone issue
Hi all,
My wife just got a new phone from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and has just discovered that there is someone else's facebook account on it. eg. when you open the facebok app the emai address and password are already filled in.
Any idea how this could happen? As far as we could tell the phone looked brand new, sealed box etc.

Its a little concerning that even after full factory reset you still cant remove a facebook account!
