Sold 1987 Gibson ES335 in Rare Alpine White

Got this one back so reusing old ad:

Took this one off a friend in a trade and it’s absolutely stunning as well as being a great guitar but I want to see what else is out there. It’s all original but for a changed bridge pup which may be a 70s Di Marzio paf but I can’t say with 100% certainty. It’s in great condition all round some finish checking as you would expect and the white has yellowed nicely over time. Comes in a tatty but period correct Gibson case.

Trade wise I am open to GIbson, Fender USA guitars ideally would like cash and a USA standard Tele but hit me with options.

That bridge pup is a Gibson pat # one, the sticker is just missing. It’s a later one, late 60s early 70s (you can see the L tooling marks on the feet. Late 60s/early 70s distinct features are the rounded corners on the feet, and the flat headed brass screws). These Ttops sound great IMO.

Actually I think this is the reading for that pup...

They usually read 7.5/7.6 , but it could have been rewound or maybe the reading is a bit out because it’s been taken in the circuit
