Nashville Tele config.. advice please

Thinking of converting my Am Pro Tele to Nashville using two noiseless strat pickups I have. Couple of questions.

1) does anyone do a reasonably priced pickguard with cutouts for two strat pickups rather than strat and Tele?

2) wiring advice/diagrams gratefully received. 

I envision all three Tele sounds plus the b/m and b/n splits...

The 2-Strat-pickup pickguards are harder to find than I thought, but here's one...

The simplest wiring schemes are to use the standard Tele switch and fit a push-pull or S1 switch to engage the middle pickup, or to fit a 5-way and use the push-pull/S1 to engage the bridge or neck pickup, depending on whether you want the middle pickup alone, which you can't get with the first scheme.

Not wanting to complicate matters, but I see six-way switches exist..

I've not seen them but bear in mind they have to be able to fit in the Tele control cavity (some 5-ways don't).

I think the six way switches require a longer slot - hard to do on a Tele. Axesrus used to do the pickguard you want, but it's now only available via the Custom Pickguard option, which is very expensive. I have some on eBay in the past though. Or rout an Esquire pickguard if you have the skills or know someone reasonably priced.
