Anybody use the new(ish?) Harley Benton Powerplants?

I've had the HB PP Jr on my board now for the last few years and it's been faultless, but I have my eye on a couple of pedals and that requires more power as the 120mA supplied on the Jr isn't enough.

Any issues or anything I should be weary of? If these are anything like the Jr then I may have to get the wallet out.

I’ve been looking at getting the Strymon Zuma power supply for its 500mA outputs but that’s about £200 cheaper!

Yep, power is the least sexy thing about pedalboards, so this fits the bill nicely. Great price and looks neat.

Yes - I've just got one. No issues and also has 12/18v options I think

The ISO2 looks the same as my Vitoos DC8 which has always been fine

I never feel confident that 12v wall-wart cables are properly gig-worthy, myself...

Can alway replace the wall wart with this and stick it under your board. Just an AC lead to the pedalboard then.

That would work... a bit messy for me though as I use flat homemade boards with no space underneath. If the new HB Jr had a proper mains input, I might well buy one to save a bit of weight and money over my PP2+. Only 200g is pretty tempting.

These are rebranded Vitoos. I have just ordered the ISO-2. Will report back when it arrives.

Calling them power plants is a bit fanciful - they're just fan-out boxes powered off wall-warts.

I have tried the ISO1. It's good but didn't isolated enough for my rig (I have one or two "bad" pedals on the dc side). I turned to the friedman one, and the hiss disappeared.

The new ISO2 has 8 individuality isolated outputs. 2x 500ma variable from 9-18v and 6x 9v 300ma. Mine arrived today, yet to set it up, but it’s very small and feels well made. 

Will let you know noise levels when setup, but given each output is isolated, can’t see why there would be any. It seemed like a bargain to me when I compared it to others.

It’s not the same. The Vitoos has 2xisolated outputs and then 6x connected. The ISO2 is actually 8x fully isolated outputs.

Somewhat confusingly, the HB PowerPlant Jr is fully isolated but the bigger PowerPlant (not Jr) wasn't. Seemed strange!

Thing I found was manufacturers can call their boxes isolated, even if just one output is and all the others are just a daisy chain in a box. So many are like this. There aren’t that many that have isolation for every output, but the iso2 does.

I also thought the powerplant Jr was fully isolated, it seems to be when I use it.

The powerplant jr is definitely fully isolated.

I've just received the Harley Benton Powerplant Iso-2 PRO. My tone has better clarity with this supply than with the previous one. It is small and does the job. Good cables, too. Powers my Pigtronix Echolution at 18V with no problems.
There is one problem, though - it does not play well with my Arion flanger. The flanger introduces a terrible amount of noise switched on while powered by the Powerplant. My previous supply or just a simple external one do the job without introducing the additional noise. Bummer My guess this is not the problem of isolation, but rather the parameters of the current itself. I tried different power slots and cables, but no improvement.
