Sorted - Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Custom

This might be a bit of a long shot, but the custom shop released a 61 tele custom in 2012 (I think) and a 60 in chocolate sunburst in 2015. I had both and I’d love to get one back. The 61 I had weighed just over 6lbs. No idea why I sold it. The chocolate burst I traded for a masterbuilt, which wasn’t any better than the guitar I’d traded. Whoops!

Both issues had twisted tele pickups. Im after a sunburst, not the black they also did in 2012.

If anyone has got one, please get in touch and we’ll work out a deal.

@Davemate shame. I saw a few black around when I got mine years ago and they were seriously lightweight as well. Terrific guitars

Aaaaaaaaah!

The Fender Telecaster Custom is a CBS-era product.

A 1961 style guitar would be a Custom Telecaster (or Custom Esquire). Fender writes this on the guitars. I never understand how people get it wrong.
