Brilliant musician.
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

The man who did "Play Bach"?  Oh dear, that's sad.

And after Andre Previn, I also found out we lost Michel Le Grand earlier this year...

My late brother-in-law was an enormous fan - and loved Bach - so both were an enormous part of my musical upbringing. Loussier was probably the first ‘jazz’ musician I heard. Many, many happy memories of listening to him.... RIP

I bought one of his albums only a couple of weeks back and was thinking he must be getting on a bit. I think hearing him do the Play Bach thing was my first introduction to jazz piano too, although it might’ve been hearing Take Five. When I was a kid he’d crop up on weird things like the Val Doonican or Nana Mousskouri Shows and I’d think mmm, this is pretty cool.

    RIP.
