Anyone used these? They seem to be designed for Amplitube, and behaves just like a normal interface in other Amp SW. Any feedback?

I have one and I am pretty happy with it. I am not using Amplitube anymore and still very happy.

My previous one was a significantly cheaper ESI U22 XT and the Axe I/O was a significant improvement in all regards. Less noise, better sound, more possibilities.
For me, it was worht the price I payed for it. I bought it 1 year ago.

Thanks for that. What are you using instead of Amplitube? I thought that the main appeal of the Axe I/O is the integration with Amplitube and its features. I have a Presonus Studio 2|6.
