Moving on, growing up

Me and ladyprettydamned are in the process of buying a flat 

It's stressful. It's a new build so no chain or anything, but it's still stressful. 

Stress! 

But I'm growing up at last.

Mrs L and myself bought just before Christmas and we also have a kid.. still not sure about this adulting lark.. 
Sure it will be fine, think of the poor bastards who have long chains!

Stressful? Try it but with a long chain where someone tries to blackmail all the others by threatening to pull out unless they all give him money.

Luxury! We lived at my mother in law's for six months while waiting for a new build to be finished.

You really want to try and enjoy the first time buyer, no chain purchase. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Moving out of a place without people sitting in a van outside looking at their watch should be enjoyed too!

My last house move was hell, and people have it a lot worse than I did!  Hopefully the lack of the chain gets you a result soon

Yup, lack of chain is nice and yesterday we made our tiling/carpet choices - so excited now.
