"Deadpool"...My first bass project guitar

Well, after pestering  you all like hell, I have finally completed my project bass which I have called 'Deadpool'. 
You will see why when you see it.
Basically the only original parts left are the wiring and pickups (which I will upgrade on pay day), neck and the body.
A complete strip down and re-paint, new bridge, pickguard, tuning pegs, string tree, replace a broken neck nut and complete set up. The action is a bit high but Im going to wait for the new strings to settle before I play with neck profile and string height.
Anyway, here is a link to my photobucket album. I doubt the pics are in order, but il let you lot work that bit out.
I just want to say a massive thanks to everyone who has contributed advice and guidance, especially in relation to my wiring problem.
Its not perfect, not by a long shot, but for my first effort, I am over the moon....all i have to do now is concentrate on learning to play!
I am so made up I found this site.
Perhaps the next project will be an all new build!!!

Cheers mate, i trid to larn lead for ages when i was younger, a month ago I picked up a bass and I was sold!!!

Thanks guys.....my daughter suggested getting other project guitars and basing them on other super heroes.....now Im thinking Spiderman, (light blue and red?), Hulk (green and black?)......could end up with a bit of a collection LOL

I'd forgotten how stupendously irritating photobucket is!  

But managed to get there, wading through the torrent of ads and pop-ups - and glad I did.   Nice bass
