Hi, when those are demonstrated they mention the easy access backplate to adjust tensions etc. That isn't on yours, why is that?

I don't know. I'm not that familiar with the ibanez series and naming convention. I searched for that model and the easy access is shown. Maybe a year thing?

Different year, different trem. Build quality will be far higher on this one though.

This is an RG2550E from 2007 i think. The RG2550Z has the edge zero trem, with the ZPS stability control thing.

The rear teen plate had 2 slots in it which lined up with the anchor screws meaning that you didn't have to remove the plate to adjust the trem

Yes that's also the case with this one, as you can see on the pics.
