FML - Audio dropouts content

So Ive been experience intermittent audio dropouts on my main machine recently and I was doing some tracking on one project and it was getting really bad..like once every 2-3 mins so I decided to try and work out what the problem is.

So I spend 2 and a half hours changing bios settings, replacing drivers, trying different power saving options and generally titting about with windows and it turns out the issue is one specific plugin recabit 3 by kazrog and the frequency of the dropouts is related to how many instances I have on the project.

Only seems to have happened since the win 10 fall creators update though which is why I hadnt initially twigged it was a specific plugin.
