Anyone got a headphone amp for sale, to cater for between 5 and 8 sets of phones at once? 

Behringer/Samson etc would be fine

    You may well find a better solution but when I needed 16 headphones at once I used a passive 4-way headphone splitter (that I had lying around) and fed each output to a £22 Millenium HA4 powered headphone splitter. It gave each person their own volume control. You could daisy chain to get 7 outputs from 2 units, for example.
