Just a short love letter to Elektron; I’ve well and truly fallen for them. I have an Octatrack, Digitone and Analog Four, and once you learn them properly they’re a relentless joy to play with. Cant think of a brand that inspires creativity more than they do.

Tonights scribbles beg to be played louder than I can do at this hour, and with the children asleep.

Elektron stuff is most awesome. 
I am currently resisting the urge to buy most of their product suite.

I've owned (and sold) the Digitakt and the Digitone, and I thought that they were outstanding creative devices. I hope to revisit in the future...

You tried an Octatrack too didn’t you Waz? The hardest instrument I’ve ever had to learn, but utterly worth it. Really becoming the most rewarding machine I own

Used to have an Analog 4 and Rytm. Both were great and linked up well with my Eurorack. Had to get rid of them after my second youngun was born . 
I am dreaming of the day I can afford a bigger house with a spare room for another music man cave.

Would love a RYTM mk2. Likely to be my next purchase I’d guess.

Octatrack is in my opinion, one of the true greats. Should be up there alongside an 808, Prophet 5, Minimoog etc. Genuinely one of the most inspiring instruments I’ve ever played, and I love it dearly.
