SOLD: Fender Toronado (Pewter Metallic) - £500

Up for sale is my Fender Toronado. This was part of the Fender Mexico Deluxe range and made in 2002.

Looking for £500, ideally collection from Leeds although i can deliver within a short radius (West Yorkshire) or find the box and have it couriered (at cost). Will set it up with a fresh set of strings as i have also not played this in a while.   

Specs are as follows:

Body: Alder,

Neck: Maple,

Neck Shape: Modern C

Number of Frets: 22

Fret Size: Medium Jumbo

Fretboard: Rosewood

Scale Length: 24.75"

Pickups: Two Atomic Pickups

Controls: 2 x Volume, 2 x Tone, 3 way Toggle

Currently setup to take 10s.

The only thing i had changed was to replace the knurled chrome knobs with Fender BF knobs. Both sets will be included so you can decide for yourself which you prefer.

Just to note there is what appears to either be a surface ding into the clear coat or an imperfection on the upper bout. Aside from this the guitar is in great condition with no dings or scratches comes with a TGI gig bag...

Always liked these, my friend had one that was a kind of caramel with a racing stripe. His name was P. Townsend, which led to a very excited postman delivering the guitar (despite the name not being quite the same, and the Who's lead child pornography researcher clearly not living in a small house in Marlow).
