Valve recommendation on Fender SS22 please?

Hi everyone, I’m looking at replacing the stock valves on my Fender supersonic 22 combo.

Who and what’s best?

Although I dont own your amp I do own other fender amps. I like Tung sol pre amp valves, 12ax7 etc.  I also like JJ 6v6 in the power section. I dont think you can go far wrong with them.

The jj 6v6 are well liked and well built. I replaced the v1 (pre amp) in mine recently with a tungsol to see or rather hear what difference it made. Maybe a bit brighter than the stock (jj) but not much in it. If i was to do a complete revalve i'd probably just go jj, which i think are stock anyway but branded groove tube.

I find the JJ's seem to offer more clean headroom and the Tung sol's break up at an earlier level
