To be fair though, despite a pic of the back of the headstock with serial no an made in usa the seller's not claiming it's a gibson and country of origin says 'China' so anyone with a brain will not buy this thinking they're buying a gibson.

The photo of the back of the headstock appears to be deliberately fudged so you can only read 'Made In ....A' if you can actually make out anything at all.

It does say “Made in USA” if you zoom in.

As a guitar, the photographed instrument does not look too bad.  Fit a decent pair of pickups...

No nibs on the neck binding but it’s pretty obvious that it’s a chibson anyway. It would be interesting to actually play it and see how good or bad it is, if it played nicely it might be worth the asking price.

Trouble is, although most people on here would spot it as a fake (and maybe buy it as such) I’d take a bet it says Gibson on the headstock. We already know it says Made in USA on the back. If that gets out in the wild it’s eventually going to fool someone.
