SOLD 1981 Gibson Les Paul Standard PRICE DROP

With heavy heart it’s come the time that I have to let my Les paul go. It hasn’t been used for over a year no and I hate that when that happens. I’m not a collector so if I don’t use it has to go. It's been with me for the past 17 years though

1982 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Tobacco burst

Period correct chainsaw flight case included WITH the Gibson logo still in it

It's been loved and well played as the back of the neck will tell you All factory standard except for the ’Six String Supplies’ 50’s loom installed. I do have the original loom if you wanted it though.

I've always said I would treat myself to a 'birth year' guitar as a 40th birthday splurge. If it's still on the classifieds come 2022 I might be making a trip down to Bath, as that looks rather lovely!

What’s the benefit of a year younger? Is it your birth year or something?

Totally agree. My recent guitar purchase was built for me with exactly that as part of it's spec i.e. thin satin not glossy

Not into bypassing V&R’s commission so if you see it there and want it then I’d rather you go through them to purchase
