Rotary switch the size of a guitar pot?

Has anyone got a link for one with the same shaft size (6.35mm for CTS)? Ideally three way but i can adapt around it. 

Is "mechanical rotary encoders" what I'm looking for? They seem to have plenty but just checking that is right

The mechanical rotary encoder is intended for parameter editing on the control panel of a synthesizer or digital amplification.

It is not suitable as either a guitar pickup selector switch or a bass guitar pickup balance pan pot.

Isn't that a pot rather than a switch?

The shaft is 6mm but you can use one of those brass adapter sleeves to pad it to 1/4"
