SOLD: Ernie Ball MusicMan Axis SuperSport P90 & piezo

This is probably more one for eBay, not being a Tele, Strat, SG or LP, but I'll give it a quick go anyway.

It's a beautiful guitar, hardtail, P90s and factory fitted L R Baggs piezo giving lots of versatility, character and great tone that's a bit different from the norm.  Metallic burnt apple burst finish with matching headstock and in great overall condition.  Made on 12 February 2003, so still having the recessed neck plate that later EBMMs don't have for some reason.

Couple of small nicks on the rear that can't be seen from the front, and next to no fret wear.  It has been lovingly looked after and is in exemplary overall condition.  It never had an EBMM case when I bought it used three years ago, but will be provided with a functional rectangular case now.

I'd prefer a straight sale, but try me for trades - you never know.  The price is fixed at £xxx delivered in the hope of a quick sale, and which I feel is pretty low already for a guitar of this calibre, so no offers please and I won't be bumping it for ever and a day - I'll just rely on others doing that by saying how nice it is, how they wish they weren't skint/wish their own guitar would sell etc etc  

It's going on eBay tonight with the price loaded accordingly to take account of theirs and PayPal's fees.

Hi Richard,

I do like certain models, but I'd need to take something in trade that would be as easy to sell on as the Axis.  Lovely though your Ibanez is, I think the Axis would be a much easier and quicker sell on eBay.

Awesome guitar's, i'v got a similar one only without the piezo,bargain price too. A lot of guitar for your money.

Ah thats one of my exes, sold it exactly four years ago according to my notes... I swapped the original creme pickup covers for those black ones and improved the looks by 100%. That one originally had an old style G&G case iirc.

What a small world!  Did you trade it in at Coda?  I bought it off them in July 2011.
