    Nice kit & photos.

    How is the playing going?

You certainly won't be able to blame the tools!

    Welcome aboard.

That Black Gold PRS is very nice.

You clearly need a telecaster though.
    :D

    great gear

great pictures and welcome to the forum.

you will find some fantastic people on here  and a huge amount of information / support

That being said I find this borderline ridiculous for only 5 months of playing unless   A. you are extremely rich or B. you are extremely committed

either way good luck and hope you stick around.

and once again fantastic pictures and that single cut looks awesome :)

You probably ought to offer Guitarist your photography services. Wonderful pictures.

If your playing reaches the same standard you will be irritatingly talented!

I am trying ! but it's hard at the moment but i figure the road is all the same.  Practice practice and practice then the art will come naturally, hopefully.

Photography I can't explain, I have an kind of urge and desire inside me that wants to take photos, i try to see a story in everything and something just happens.  I never had any lessons in it, just do what came from the inside.

Photographing people is what I love, inanimate objects is just the context of the story :)

Hey - welcome and be prepared for some serious ribbing and sarcasm!

I am going to kick that right off with some useful tips!

** When photographing your gear please remember that we are easily offended by bad wallpaper, chintz fabrics and untidy rooms...

Be kind to our eyes at all times!

    Thank you and good night!

That's a bloody nice singlecut and I'm not a big PRS fan. If it wasn't for my house needing several hundred thousand of restoration work I could be tempted.....

Several hundred thousand pounds of restoration!? Does it have walls and a roof at the moment?

Am I the only one who thinks thus is just his way of drumming up some photography work ?
    A beginner doesn't blow 6k on guitars.
Even one PRS is overkill for a complete beginner.

Who made the rule that one has to learn on a lower price guitar? I didn't....

I subscribe to the thinking that if I am going to do it, do it properly, skip all the crap in between and buy what I want in the end at the beginning and save money in the long run (all these came way less than £6k, it's in the low £4k mark, can show you receipts if you like, all new too.).  So the price I paid are less than what they go for secondhand on ebay too ! If I were to buy a Epi Les Paul I would lose a few hundred if I sell it.  If I were to sell all my guitars, judging from eBay prices...I would be in profit.  Sooo, make that what you will.

I hear stories of Smith and Jones started on a cheap hand me down guitar from his uncle with actions that made his fingers bleed.  That's all good and well but I don't want to do that, I can do this, you only live once ! Sure, there are moments where I sit and look at them and think, this is crazy, but then that moment goes and think, I really did this and it's mine :) I work hard and I work a lot, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I don't gamble, I don't have kids, these are my vices.

p.s. I can remove all the photos if you like, just say the word :)

Yes. You are the only one...

Why would he drum up photography work on a guitar forum?
