Before I invested my main concern would be that the consumer group for that might be too small at present.  If he sought out some form of expert in adaptations for the sausage fingered market then I'm in.

I wouldn't invest. The guitar is the way it is because most players find it convenient for it to be that way. If this bloke wants to evolve something else then good luck to him. There's another guy who bastardises guitars for the sausage-fingered.

If the only objection to ordinary guitars is sore fingers for the short length of time it takes to get used to playing, then you're not serious enough.
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

Last week I had a bacterial infection on my left middle finger which made it swell (some would say it looked like a sausage) and become very sore. I still practiced every evening and did 2 gigs. If it's really that painful you're doing it wrong.

The "works on any standard guitar" is dubious at best.  I don't know if it would cope the scale length difference between a Strat and a Les Paul, but there's no way that it would work with a Byrdland.  I'm tempted to use the option to report it to Kickstarter.

It should specify what scale lengths it allegedly works with.

Good luck using vibrato with that thing.

I think the problem is that it looks ugly - but good luck to him!

That seems like a good idea but ultimately hinders progress, when you take it off, you will have to practically learn all over again with finger placements.

And is it just me but I actually look forward to the finger pain?  It means I've actually put in a good session of practice !

    Can you string bend?

Will it work on my GS
