    We should start a campaign!
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

@Dave_Mc Yeah, it was a mixture Charvel's vintage brass 6 point trem and a poorly cut phelonic nut. To be fair the frets were also sharp and there was far too much treble to tame!! I've moved 3 stars along but I still want another - I'm a big Chris Holmes fan :D
Huh that sucks. Mine seems pretty good. Admittedly it has a floyd which means they didn't have to cut a nut and maybe softens the attack a little too.

I have latent desires for one of these too:

I believe I may be the only person on the planet that does though (and I certainly wouldn't pay the asking price!)

One of those is on my secret weird crush list too... not that I'd be seen dead playing in public with one, plus chances are I'd hate the neck profile, floyd, pickups....

this is like the anti gas thread
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

There was a limited run of the black-silver sparkle as a Gibson Custom signature for Justin Hawkins, but, the pink's just that little bit cooler... Pretty sure they made 2 for him. One he kept and the other was donated to Madame Tussaudes and is worn permanently on display by his waxwork double there.
