I have the back on, it'll get one more coat then I'll try and do the seems neatly!

I hope you cut the fabric for the pickguard so that when it's on the guitar the pattern matches.

Current state of play: it's all wrapped. Without sounding too Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen, I think it might look better with the pick guar in a different fabric.  Maybe a nice bit of Laura Ashley? ;-)

Mock up. Needs to be left as it still feel a little bit soft. Might try and clear coat it next weekend but I really should leave it along until then!

Must admit Ii found if the temp was up it stays quite pliable for a while. Couple of days though and it should harden off though (or stick it outside in a bin bag overnight for added Mojo)

I think I may use the glitter on this one as the other fabric already has glitter elements in it. Need to do the outside ribbon as soon as poss though but I'm back at work this week.

So, glitter.... I've patched in the edges, it's untidy but I'll not get it smooth now without polyfilla...

Pics don't really do it justice. It's GLITTER.

I have also, on grounds of taste and public decency, ordered a new black pickguard for it , as it may be just too GLITTER!

Finish it still a bit soft, it's rough in places but I think it's come out really well.  There is a black scratch plate on its way but I might leave it like this...
