    yes I can see it.

    It's dad was a Lester, but it has birth defects: no front pickup and only 2 pots. The "bridge" is just a stop tailpiece with the strings poked in from the front and wrapped over - no intonation possible. Plus it's got those finger-poking sticky out bits under the pot knobs. I'd say it's mum was on thalidomide.

    It's horrible.  It just doesn't look right.  The bridge is horrible as well.  If you are going that far away from tradition then put a PRS style one on there to get the intonation right.

    So close. If only the tone control was in the correct Les Paul Junior place it would be really nice. But as usual, Gibson just can't do it quite right...

    The pickup surround is too tall as well, but that's fixable.

    And you can adjust the intonation, that's what the two little screws in the back of the bridge are for.

    Any idea what specifically in the thread it doesn't like?
