Wanting to send a set neck guitar, in hardcase and box to GB.

Any fellow Northern Irish forumites used someone reliable and reasonably priced?

Cheers.

I've done it a few times. ParcelForce are as good as any. £13 for the 48-hour service or £15 for next working day. I've had no problems with them.

Bear in mind PF and RM take your money for insurance but fail to honour it if shit happens. Check their T & Cs regarding music gear and guitars.

I use these guys and Interparcel wiht the UPS option. At least if it goes nipples to the wind they pay out.

DPD are probably a good bet. Back when they actually provided helpful service royal mail used to turn a blind eye to the size of guitar cases and send them next day insured for under £20. I've used parcelforce a couple of times and stuck plenty of fragile stickers on it and so far has worked OK, but as has been said the insurance isn't worth the paper it's written on.
