Anyone else working towards learning these licks? If so, would be good to hear other's experiences.

I'm really struggling with the seamless shifts between the pentatonic boxes. 

First bar of Ex 2d, for example, going from 12-15 on the B string to 12-10 on the high E. Looks like Joe's playing both the 12th and 10th fret on the high E with his first finger, but I'm struggling to get that position shift down and sounding smooth at Joe's speed.

Of course, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it!

Sorry OP, I can't help you but I thought you'd like to know that Joe's going part-time with the musical work. However, as you can see from his van ad, he's still keeping his hand in
