Special order Gibsons from (what was) Sound Control.

Back in 2006/7 - prior to going under - Sound Control ordered a range of custom colour Les Paul's from Gibson. From memory, this was one of the first UK shops to follow in the footsteps of the USA stores such as Guitar Center who ordered special runs direct from the Gibson factory.  I remember seeing a couple in the Milton Keynes store and some advertised at Leicester.  They were Les Paul Standards with plus tops and finished in bursts outside Gibson's normal offering.

Does anyone remember anything about these ?
